Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Engineer- Heavy Civil to join our team at Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. This role will provide support to the Project Manager and Project Superintendent, ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze production statistics to identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and accurate project close-outs
  • Assist in the preparation of work plans and budgets for upcoming scopes of work
  • Manage change order correspondence and tracking
  • Perform safety inspections and assist in maintaining a safe work environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent
  • 6 months to 3 years of construction experience, preferably in heavy civil
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with limited supervision
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks
