The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) role is a vital administrative and clinical leadership position responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of therapists and clients. Each team is assigned specific clients and includes a Senior Therapist, Lead Therapists, RBTs, and ABA Therapists. The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is tasked with evaluating clients, formulating treatment plans, and supervising the training and execution of client programs. This position collaborates closely with Program Coordinators and the Clinical Director to ensure the smooth operation of the center.

Company Overview:
Verbal Beginnings is a rapidly growing, BHCOE-accredited autism therapy provider dedicated to serving children diagnosed with autism. Our clinical team is focused on quality and mentorship, enabling trained professionals to excel in their ABA skills while receiving guidance for their own professional growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive skills and behavior assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients
- Develop detailed treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
- Train, supervise, and support a small team of RBTs dedicated to client care
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve optimal client outcomes
- Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child's development
Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in supervising ABA treatment programs.
- Licensure in the state of Maryland is required or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to clients and their families.
