Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Central City Concern's Blackburn Primary Care Center. As an On-Call RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and delegate tasks as needed
  • Administer medications and treatments according to standing orders and physician instructions
  • Observe and record patient information, formulating individualized care plans and participating in patient care conferences
  • Make referrals to hospitals and other agencies as necessary
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure integrated patient care
  • Adhere to confidentiality and privacy regulations, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the State of Oregon
  • 6 months of nursing experience, preferably with psychiatric or chemical dependency populations
  • Ability to work a minimum of 3 days/month
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN or QMHP
