Nurse/RN (On-Call) - Blackburn Primary Care Center

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Central City Concern's Blackburn Primary Care Center. As an On-Call RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and delegate tasks as needed
- Administer medications and treatments according to standing orders and physician instructions
- Observe and record patient information, formulating individualized care plans and participating in patient care conferences
- Make referrals to hospitals and other agencies as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure integrated patient care
- Adhere to confidentiality and privacy regulations, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2
- Current RN license in the State of Oregon
- 6 months of nursing experience, preferably with psychiatric or chemical dependency populations
- Ability to work a minimum of 3 days/month
- BSN or QMHP
