Acute Care Nurse

Providence RN is seeking a skilled Acute Care RN to join our team at Providence St Vincent Medical Center.
About the Role
As an Acute Care RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
