Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Idaho Forest Group. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, identifying and resolving technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with IT team to identify and implement solutions to technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
- Certification in networking or systems administration
