Key Responsibilities- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Equipment Repair: Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Quality Control: Inspect and test equipment to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies to ensure timely repairs and replacements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, push or pull with up to 60 lbs of force, and stand for long periods.
- Competitive Salary: $19.00 per hour or DOE.
