Sign-On Incentive:

Overview:
Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist eager to support exceptional students aged 3-22 with autism and related conditions? Our team comprises six skilled SLPs committed to empowering students to enhance their communication abilities and realize their full potential.


At Crossroads School, we envision a future where individuals with autism lead fulfilling lives, receiving the educational and clinical support necessary to achieve ambitious goals and engage meaningfully with their families and communities throughout their lives.

As a vital member of our SLP team, you will assist students in reaching their communication objectives and developing both foundational and advanced skills, including expressive and receptive language, social skills, pragmatics, and proficiency in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).


Our commitment to providing tailored, comprehensive educational and related services through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) underscores our dedication to improving the quality of life for individuals with autism.

This full-time position consists of 37.5 hours per week, with a schedule of 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. We offer 4.6 weeks of paid vacation annually, aligned with standard school holidays.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and creativity
- Certificate of Clinical Competency/Massachusetts State License (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply)
- Preferred knowledge and experience with ABA-based treatment and autism
- Preferred knowledge and experience with AAC systems programming and implementation
