Job Title: Pediatric Physician Assistant

Chesapeake Oncology Hematology Associates is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Physician Assistant to join our team in Annapolis. As a key member of our oncology and hematology team, you will work closely with physicians and nurses to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer quality patient care in collaboration with the physician and nurse team.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions.
  • Record physical findings and formulate plans and prognosis for patients.
  • Prescribe or recommend medications or other forms of treatment as needed.
  • Discuss cases with physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide patient education to empower informed decision-making.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the physician team.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree with completion of a Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant degree.
  • Current Maryland NP/PA licensure or eligibility to obtain Maryland licensure.
  • DEA License & CDS license (controlled drugs substance).
  • Previous oncology and hematology experience preferred.
