Position Overview

Reports to: Store Manager
Role: Seasonal Retail Sales Representative

The Seasonal Retail Sales Representative plays a crucial role in enhancing the store's performance during peak periods, ensuring our commitment to delivering exceptional products to our clientele. We seek enthusiastic brand advocates to join our teams during this bustling season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers by embodying the Tapestry Experience Service standards and effective selling techniques.
  • Foster genuine interactions with customers to build rapport.
  • Maintain precision while operating the point of sale system and adhere to company cash handling policies.
  • Capture customer information accurately in compliance with legal standards.
  • Uphold professional phone etiquette when responding to store inquiries.
  • Drive sales through client engagement and omnichannel selling strategies.
  • Assist with back-office operations as required.
  • Represent the Tapestry brand with integrity.
  • Exhibit basic computer proficiency.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Be physically capable of climbing, bending, and kneeling as necessary.
  • Meet the scheduling expectations, including flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
