Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Desktop Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Network Logic. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our clients' desktop infrastructure, including Azure, Office 365, and Server OS, as well as providing level 2/3 network administration support and network troubleshooting services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support and network administration, with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Responsibilities:
- Manage clients' desktop infrastructure, including Azure, Office 365, and Server OS.
- Provide level 2/3 network administration support and network troubleshooting services to our corporate clients.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet Layer 3 switches, Firewalls, and Routers.
- Track customer issues and resolutions, manage clients' backups using DATTO RMM.
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, and Cloud Hosted Database Servers.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in working in the IT Field, primarily working in Desktop Support/Network Admin Roles.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and highly organized. This position requires strong verbal and written skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills and this applicant must be very organized.
- Positive and professional demeanor.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
