Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience: Previous food service experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting is preferred
  • Licensure/Certification: A valid Driver's License is preferred
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with basic math, equipment operation, cleaning agents, and safety protocols

Supervision

This position reports to the Food Service Coordinator.


Work Environment

The role is situated in a food production kitchen, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures and potential hazards associated with food service operations.


Physical Demands

This position requires the ability to:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Engage in continuous standing, walking, bending, and other physical activities throughout the shift
  • Safely operate kitchen equipment
