We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team as a Nutrition Services Director at Ironman Staffing Medical Services, Inc. in Stockton, California.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive nutrition services program in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team (IDT).
- Conduct nutrition assessments to determine participant needs, preferences, and goals, and participate in IDT meetings to develop care plans.
- Deliver and document direct care nutrition interventions, including implementing and monitoring special diets, and providing nutrition counseling to participants and families.
- Function as a liaison between our client and food and supplement service providers, developing menus and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Registered Dietitian with at least four (4) years of experience directing nutrition services in a similar setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / First Aid Certification required.
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills in settings with seniors, their families, and IDT members.
- At least one (1) year of experience with frail or elderly populations.
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
License/Certification- Registered Dietitian (Required).
- California (Required).
