Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide nutrition services to residents, including individual and group treatment, social casework, and dietary planning. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and food service staff.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct nutrition assessments and provide counseling to residents as needed.
  • Develop and implement dietary plans, including therapeutic diets and menu planning.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive appropriate nutrition care.
  • Provide training and education to food service staff on nutrition and food safety.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nutrition policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 12 months of experience as a Registered Dietitian in a public or private institution.
  • Current and valid registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
