  • Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary documents, utilizing M&A supporting technologies like Kira.
  • Handle day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on various M&A matters.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of business and transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and other complex transactions.
  • Strong M&A skills, including drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents.
  • Proven ability to manage the deal process and client relationships.
  • Ability to handle day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on various M&A matters.
  • High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
