Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, providing direct patient care and supervising patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient safety.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- A competitive hourly rate of $39.00 - $42.00 per hour.
