About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our float pool at Norristown Square Nursing and Rehab Center. As a Regional Float CNA, you will provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction
  • Participate in continuing education programs to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language
  • Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent patient care
