They will administer appropriate physical therapy modalities used in physical medicine and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician.
Responsibilities:- Provide physical therapy services to patients, including evaluations, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Administer physical therapy modalities, such as exercises, stretches, and manual therapy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current Illinois Physical Therapy license.
- Valid CPR certification.
