Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist at HexaQuEST Health, Inc., you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients. Your primary responsibility will be to administer physical therapy modalities used in physical medicine and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician. You will strive to provide a level of care that meets the standards prescribed by the hospital, ensuring the highest level of service to all patients.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of physical therapy.
  • Current Illinois Physical Therapy license.
  • Valid CPR certification.

Additional Information:

Approximately how many patients/day will they be seeing: 2-3 for start-up care and evaluations. Then treatments are turned over to our PTA. Physical Therapist could also do treatments as well but mainly focus on start of care.

Iroquois Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed hospital located in Watseka, Illinois. The hospital facility is comprised of clinical and diagnostic services which are dedicated to providing high-quality health care services to the community. These services include but are not limited to an Emergency Room, full-service OR suites, an inpatient care unit, therapy services, advanced medical imaging, Home Health, and Hospice Care. The hospital operates rural health clinics in Watseka, IL, Gilman, IL, Milford, IL, and Kentland, IN. The hospital also operates a skilled nursing facility, Iroquois Resident Home, which is attached to the hospital property.
