This Customer Success Manager role offers a challenging opportunity to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the Upstate NY region. You will be responsible for increasing sales velocity through collaboration on promotions, budtender engagement, merchandising, and other initiatives. This is primarily a field-based role, with approximately 80% of time spent in the field.

Key responsibilities include:
* Onboarding and training additional brand ambassadors
* Tracking and processing ambassador work hours
* Ongoing training/engagement of budtenders
* Ensuring retailers obtain and utilize digital assets
* Supporting in-store merchandising setup and completing online/in-store audits and secret shops
* Working with Sales Ops to generate insights reports and retailer marketing contacts to identify opportunities
* Helping onboard retailers onto partnership programs

A successful candidate will possess 2+ years of retail or field marketing experience, customer success expertise, and a strong understanding of Salesforce. Cannabis experience is a plus. This is a 6-month contract position, with potential to transition to full-time.

The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
