**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Services Manager to join our team at KC CARE Health Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating patient care services to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.

This position requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. The Patient Care Services Manager will work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans addressing unique community needs.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care quality and safety
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
  • Coordinate vaccine and medication management, ensuring proper storage, handling, and administration in accordance with established protocols and guidelines

**Requirements:**

  • Nursing degree from an accredited program (e.g., LPN, ADN, RN)
  • Licensed in the State of Missouri as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nursing
  • Minimum of two years' experience in an acute care or primary care setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
