Our medical professionals provide personalized routine and wellness care, sick visits, and specialized nursing care exclusively to residents at our onsite medical center, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and at home.

As a Registered Nurse RN with Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living, you will be part of a growing national network of communities managed by one of the country's largest and most respected providers of senior living and health care.
This role requires a passion for caring for seniors, with a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN. You will need to have an active RN license in the state where you will practice and graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program. Experience with electronic medical records is preferred, and CPR certification is required. The estimated salary for this position is $41.00 - $50.00 per hour, including shift differential based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach, focusing on meeting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
- Perform all clinical duties in accordance with the state nurse practice act and nursing standards of practice.
- Promote residents' independence by establishing care goals, teaching residents/family members to understand a resident's condition, medication, and self-care skills.
- Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications, and perform treatments per orders.
- Support residents' preferences, routines, and choices in electronic medical records.
- Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and timely.
