Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Greeting and Seating: Consistently follow our Food & Beverage sequence of service, utilizing all proper procedures standardized by our venue managers and chefs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with management, chefs, and service staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and associates.
  • Flow Management: Greet and seat guests, controlling the flow of guests coming into the restaurant, bar, and lounge while under pressure.
  • Communication: Answer telephones, direct calls where necessary, and oversee daily restaurant reservations, pre-assigning seating where necessary.
  • Special Requests: Communicate with management, service staff, and chefs to address special guest needs, requests, and VIPs.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task required.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to read and write in English proficiently.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks, lift and carry heavy trays and equipment, and walk without assistance on various surfaces for an extended period.
