About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neurosurgery and Circulatory Care department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and standards of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Manage and oversee the care and services provided by ancillary and other professional personnel.
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative and collegial relationship with physicians and interdepartmental personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in marketing and promoting operating room services to the medical staff.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a valid RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Working knowledge and competency in basic procedures, including general, GYN, EENT, Urology, Orthopedic, Plastic, Basic Cardiovascular, and Basic Neurological procedures.
  • CPR and ACLS certifications or scheduled in the next available class.
  • One year of medical-surgical experience and/or one year of operating room experience preferred.
  • Progressive leadership skills desired.
