About the Role

This role involves:

  • Collecting rent, late fees, and utility payments
  • Issuing notices and preparing eviction cases
  • Reducing delinquency through timely walk-throughs of units
  • Reviewing lease expirations and following up with residents
  • Fulfilling leasing tasks, including TAA agreements and screening processes
