The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Aiding with patient movement and placement under supervision.
  • Assisting patients with daily activities and personal care needs.
  • Reporting changes in patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
  • Documenting necessary records and maintaining accurate patient information.
  • Cleaning and organizing patient rooms, as well as ensuring medical equipment is properly maintained.
