About the Role

As an Inpatient Rehab Unit Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in a patient-centered care model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent care and achieve expected outcomes.
  • Advocate for patients and their families to ensure their needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
  • Manage patient care autonomously, making clinical decisions and taking appropriate actions to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • 1 year of recent RN experience (preferably in LTAC).
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
  • Current BLS required.
  • Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire.
  • BSN preferred.

$27.72 / hour
