Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze patient data to determine the best course of treatment
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal health outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start
  • 1 year of RN experience in Inpatient Rehab setting preferred
  • BSN preferred
  • BLS, (AHA Healthcare provider) required
  • CRRN preferred
