Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Willits, California.

Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing treatment plans to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions for our patients. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to promote patient recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely.
  • Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent required; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Two years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in an inpatient setting.
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice and CPR/BLS certification.
