Job Title: Physical Therapist

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Willits, California.

Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses, improving their physical function, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients to identify their physical limitations and develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs.
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions, using various techniques and modalities to promote healing, mobility, and strength.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and educate patients on proper techniques and exercises to promote independence and self-care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy or a related field.
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of California.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Two years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in an inpatient setting.
