">We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at the MIM Plant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, monitoring, and controlling processes on the production floor to ensure quality of parts.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Controlling scrap and optimization to meet company goals of on-time delivery and scrap reduction;
- Facilitating the launch and development of new products;
- Stabilizing processes;
- Instigating continuous improvement projects.
