Division Chief, Hospital Medicine Leader

Northwell Health's Medicine Service Line is seeking a seasoned leader to serve as Division Chief, Hospital Medicine for Staten Island University Hospital. The successful candidate will collaborate with departmental and organizational leadership to drive strategic planning and operational excellence at both North and Prince's Bay campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement continuous quality improvement programs
- Lead key hospital and medical staff committees
- Balance administrative and clinical time to manage both campuses
- Collaborate with Staten Island University Hospital Medical Director, Department of Medicine Chairperson, and Northwell Enterprise Director for Hospital Medicine
