About the Role:

Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join their team in Southborough, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with various impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities. This role requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs according to established guidelines
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patients' age, situation, and progress towards stated goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
  • Orient, train, and mentor therapy and healthcare students to achieve performance expectations
  • Identify and act upon opportunities for performance improvement and best practices

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Licensure as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • BLS certification
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic math and computer science skills
  • Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
  • Problem-solving skills for physical therapy evaluation, interpretation, treatment planning, and execution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills for working with diverse populations
  • Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and contribute to a team
  • Initiative with prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing situations

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Mass General Brigham offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
