Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team. As a Care Partner, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and services to our residents in our Terrace Club neighborhood.
Responsibilities- Promote a positive and supportive relationship with residents to help create successful days through prompting, cueing, and reminders.
- Provide hands-on care, physical and emotional support as outlined in each resident's Individualized Service Plan (ISP).
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment for our residents.
- High School diploma or equivalent accepted and may be required per state regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred and a desire to serve and care for seniors.
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understanding.
- Competent in organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
