Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Medication Aides in their daily responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records for resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Collaborate with nursing staff to plan daily services and activities
- Administer medications and ensure accuracy in medication records
- Develop and implement care programs and policies
- Provide leadership and conduct regular rounds to ensure quality care
- Document nursing notes in a clear and informative manner
- Participate in facility surveys by regulatory agencies
- Uphold confidentiality of resident information in compliance with HIPAA

Qualifications:
- Nursing degree from an accredited institution
- Active and unencumbered RN license in the state
- Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and guidelines
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records and documentation systems
- Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement programs preferred.
