About the RoleWe are currently seeking a Compassionate Support Specialist to join our team in Robins, IA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing support and assistance with daily living activities, as well as promoting their independence and self-advocacy skills.

Key Responsibilities- Provide support and assistance with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores
- Promote independence and self-advocacy skills by assisting with goal setting and problem-solving
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
As a Compassionate Support Specialist at Sevita, you will enjoy a competitive salary of up to $18.50 per hour, plus benefits including paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 3% company match. You will also have the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment, with regular supervision and guidance from experienced professionals.
