Job Description: Healthcare Provider Associate
Caring Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Provider Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide primary care services to patients, including conducting health assessments, diagnosing illnesses, and developing treatment plans.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in Massachusetts
- Board certification through NCCPA
