Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced coach to lead our flag football classes and leagues for children. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on young people's lives, challenge them, and inspire them to develop their skills and confidence.

Our flag football program runs seasonally, and we are looking for a coach who can create a fun and engaging environment for our participants. You will be responsible for instructing classes, implementing our curriculum, and maintaining a dedicated attendance record.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct flag football classes for children of various skill levels
  • Implement our curriculum to cover skills, rules, and strategies
  • Maintain a dedicated attendance record and find coverage if unable to coach
  • Set-up and clean-up for classes and maintain an organized equipment closet

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of coaching experience
  • College playing experience preferred but not required
  • Must pass a background check and child abuse clearances

Compensation and Availability:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.00/hour and have available shifts all days of the week. If you are passionate about sports and working with children, we encourage you to apply.
