As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance, productivity, and behavior of all employees on the shift in both paint and thermal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of paint and thermal teams to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with the management team to discuss production plans, color sequences, and run schedules.
  • Ensure the safe and proper operation of paint and thermal equipment, including starting and shutting down the paint line as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety or quality issues.
  • Communicate effectively with utility workers to ensure proper material handling and storage.
  • Provide training and guidance to utility employees as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the paint and thermal departments.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of paint and thermal processes and equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Physical Demands:

This position requires the ability to work in a factory environment with fluctuating temperatures and high noise levels. The individual must be able to walk, bend, stoop, twist, turn, climb, and push/pull frequently, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
