Job Title: Clinical Child Psychologist - Anxiety and OCD Specialist

Emory University is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Child Psychologist to join our team at the Children's Behavioral and Mental Health Center. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with child and adolescent psychiatrists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, and other behavioral and mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care to children and adolescents with anxiety and OCD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based family therapy to children and adolescents with anxiety and OCD
  • Conduct family-based interventions with caregivers and maintain collateral contacts with educators and other providers as needed
  • Participate in the training of psychology doctoral interns and postdoctoral fellows
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients

Requirements:

  • PhD or PsyD from an APA/CPA accredited program
  • Completed an APA accredited child internship
  • Expertise in treating children and adolescents with anxiety and OCD using evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Licensed or licensed-eligible in Georgia prior to employment
  • Board certification within hospital timelines
