About the Role

Atlas Energy Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to serve as Vice President, Operations. This key role will play a critical part in driving the success of our operations and ensuring the effective implementation of our business plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the strategic direction of our operations division, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and prioritize key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including other departments and divisions, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements
