We are seeking a delivery associate to join our team at AutoZone. This is a full-time opportunity that offers competitive pay and a dynamic work environment.

About the Job:

This delivery associate role involves driving a company vehicle to transport parts to commercial customers. You will be responsible for loading and unloading parts, picking up returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors, and maintaining a safe driving and working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Drive delivery vehicle to transport parts to commercial customers
  • Pick up returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors
  • Maintain a safe driving and working environment
  • Assist do-it-yourself customers in the store between deliveries
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, dress code, and management direction
  • Handle cash and charge transactions per company policy
  • Maintain product knowledge and current promotions through AutoZone systems and information resources

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
  • Able to lift loads and deliver merchandise
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and evenings
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
