Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Description:

As a Health and Wellness Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community, ensuring that resident healthcare needs are met with respect and dignity. Your role will involve supervising licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and caregivers, providing training and education to caregivers, and managing associate schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts.
  • Manage the continuity and consistency of medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision/administration in the community.
  • Conduct periodic Care Associate medication skills inventory checks and medication audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
  • Share on-call duties as required.
  • Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Licensed LPN or LVN nurse with a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
