About the Role

This role provides a unique opportunity for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an extended acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with procedures and examinations
  • Instructing patients and their families on proper care and treatment
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience

Requirements:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification upon hire
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
