Clinical Collection Specialist

Our team is dedicated to providing the highest quality services, and we are seeking a skilled Clinical Collection Specialist to join our phlebotomy department.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood specimens from patients using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Perform EKG testing (as needed) and ensure accurate interpretation of results.
- Maintain accurate records of specimen collection and test results.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient specimen collection.
- Travel between locations to meet staffing needs, with flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: High school graduate or equivalent required; phlebotomy certification preferred.
Experience: At least one year of phlebotomy experience; basic computer skills required.
Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks; flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
