Position Objective
The primary aim is to ensure that all utensils, dishware, glassware, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for the benefit of both Guests and Team Members.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver clean and sanitized utensils, dishware, glassware, and kitchen equipment to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure the dishwashing machine is maintained in optimal condition and cleaned regularly.
- Keep the service areas and kitchen tidy and sanitized throughout the work shift.
- Assist with assigned preparation tasks and maintain an aesthetically pleasing environment.
- Identify and resolve any issues with the dishwashing equipment promptly.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any significant issues or concerns and propose solutions as necessary.
- Execute all tasks efficiently and in alignment with company policies to meet the overall objectives of the role.
- Foster positive relationships with fellow Team Members to promote a collaborative and productive work atmosphere.
- Consistently represent the values and objectives of JACKMONT HOSPITALITY INC, enhancing the reputation of the organization.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to operational standards.
- Commitment to ensuring Guest satisfaction through effective service.
- Knowledge of proper handling and sanitation procedures to prevent breakage of utensils and dishware.
- Physical capability to frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 70 lbs.
