Reliable LPN for Skilled Nursing Care Facility

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Dominion Senior Living.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate the activities of nursing assistants, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide nursing care according to established standards and protocols.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' mental and physical status, monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to their care plans.
- Maintain accurate and informative records of resident care, including charts and reports.
- Current, active license to practice as an LPN in our state.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing care facility or related medical setting.
- Ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and support agencies, demonstrating flexibility and personal integrity.
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and 100 pounds occasionally.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
