Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Modern Workplace Architect to join our Chief Information Office team at RSA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and championing the Modern Workplace and digital transformation roadmap, with a strong focus on customer experience and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
- Manage M365 user accounts, licenses, and security settings, and ensure integration with on-premises infrastructure.
- Design and deliver Windows builds in conjunction with the Modern Workplace Services team within the corporate estate, administering devices using tools like Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
- Plan and execute on-premises infrastructure migration to Microsoft 365 and ensure secure data migration.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows 10/11, device management (particularly Intune), collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams), and virtual desktop infrastructure.
You will also have expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting modern workplace solutions within a corporate environment, as well as excellent communication skills for technical and cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical abilities for infrastructure optimization.
