Job Overview

Position: Cloud Solutions Architect

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 6+ months

Role Summary:

  • Seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Architect with expertise in Azure Readiness Assessment and implementation.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in Azure projects while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and a solid understanding of ITIL frameworks.
  • Strong grasp of virtualization and cloud computing principles, with hands-on experience in various Azure services including Azure Monitor, Security and Compliance, Protection and Recovery, Storage, Operations Management Suite, Application and VPN Gateways, and Active Directory.
  • Experience in establishing and configuring site-to-site virtual networks.
  • Skilled in configuring storage accounts and backup vaults at the virtual machine level.
  • Proficient in provisioning environments and managing server operations on Azure.
  • Ability to collaborate with application teams to understand requirements related to capacity, performance, and deployment architectures, alongside user management and security considerations.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities are essential.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical challenges and propose effective solutions, especially in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience in designing modern IT architectures is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to explore new technical domains and develop innovative solutions.
  • Azure certification is preferred, with a commitment to pursuing further certifications as necessary.
