From brake maintenance and air conditioning repairs to spark plug replacements and tire installations, our ASE-certified professionals ensure that your vehicle is serviced efficiently and effectively.
The Automotive Service Consultant is tasked with promoting and selling all products and services in alignment with the company's operational standards and expectations.
COMPENSATION:
VARIES FROM $55,000-$80,000 BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone, utilizing the company's established customer service protocols.
Actively listen to and accurately document customer concerns; inspect vehicles and refer to service history to properly identify and confirm customer service requirements.
Effectively communicate any additional recommendations from the Automotive Technician to the customer, enabling informed decision-making.
Ensure all recommendations are documented in the customer file.
Encourage the sale of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the products and their service requirements.
Provide customers with precise quotes that detail costs and estimated completion times for approved services.
Adhere to proper procedures when finalizing a customer's transaction, including a review of the completed multi-point inspection and an explanation of applicable warranties.
Monitor all new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial, but not mandatory.
Professional demeanor and proven ability to thrive in a process-oriented environment.
Must possess a valid CA driver's license or obtain one within 30 days of hire.
Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
