About the RoleThis temporary position is approximately 6 months in duration and offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in multiple areas of expertise, including Phlebotomy, Microbiology, Blood Bank, Hematology, Chemistry, and Serology.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine clinical laboratory tests and basic clinical laboratory functions with expediency and accuracy.
- Work directly with patients in the hospital and clinic, interacting with adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient care.
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology required upon hire.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician from the ASCP or AMT required within 12 months of hire.
- Competitive hourly rate: $22.00 - $31.75 per hour.
- Excellent benefits, including health, dental, paid time off, and generous retirement.
- Varied shifts, including occasional weekends and holidays.
